A lot of times people tend to do a review to complain! I wanted to take the time to say I had the best experience with my BLS course and Instructor. This class was very thorough and hands on. I’m not the very best test taker but good hands on. Jess took the time to go over the test and explain any questions. Jess is an asset to this organization. Thanks for a wonderful experience. I will come back in the future.

The best CPR class available on the eastern shore to satisfy the requirements of the USCG. Don't waste your time with online classes, I learned that the hard way. Best use of my time was to attend Jessica's class and leave feeling confident that I can help in many types of emergencies. Excellent experience!

Jessica is a great instructor and is extremely knowledgeable, making sure those in the class are confident in their abilities before leaving the class.
